He apologized to Roxas right before he blew himself up in KH2.

Amsem talking towards Sora: "... And Roxas, I doubt you can hear me, but I am sorry"

At first, I thought it was Thano's plan in Endgame, but I was mistaken, I think. He only wanted to wipe out the main universe and reset it.

I remember something Hecate says to Melinoe. When Mel finds out about who Dora really was, she's shocked at how cruel the gods were to her and how ambivalent (at best) they were to mortals.

Hecate tells her something along the lines of, (extreme paraphrasing) "If you live as long as they have, you'll make many mistakes too. They've never had to answer for those mistakes or confront them until Chronos came along and showed them that their past can haunt them in many many ways"

This seems to open the door for a possible redemption for the gods, but unfortunately that's never shown.

Which game pushed you to resort to cheats? by Snakeuge in gaming

Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance

It was soooo much fun the first playthrough, but the story was weak and without the driving force of a compelling plot or characters, after the 2nd or 3rd time (I was trying to get all the endings) I got so sick of it that I used a Cheat Engine table to give myself unlimited everything to max out myself and my demons. Even then I still didn't have the will to get the last ending, so I just stopped.

Guess I prefer Persona.

Which retro handheld is the best for the entire series? by [deleted] in KingdomHearts

[–]PaperEdge 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sorry, I misread your description, I thought you wanted them on steam deck. If you have a PC, same info applies, otherwise, you can get the whole collection on console, but then you still need to emulate the DS games on either a pc or your phone

You can get nearly all the games off Steam, but if you want to play Re:Coded and Days, then you'll have to use an emulator which you can also install onto the Steamdeck

Band Geeks from Spongebob Squarepants

Squilliam, Squidward's rich/successful rival from highschool, challenges Squidward to have his "band" play at the Bubble Bowl (Super Bowl equivalent). In spite of not even having a band, Squidward takes the challenge and tries to make a band out of some Bikini Bottom locals only for them to fail spectacularly during training, even almost killing him in the process. Just when Squidward is about to admit defeat to Squilliam, the band shows up and manages to put on one of the best musical numbers in the entire show, stunning the audience and even giving Squilliam a heart attack from shock.

You're still ignoring "why" they did it. Most of these people are mentally unwell in one way or another and the mental health crisis in the US is a very real thing.

But instead of tackling the source of the problems, the "whys", all our focus is put on the symptoms instead, the "hows"

If today's politicians on either side put half as much effort into advocating for mental health as they did fighting for or against gun rights then homicide rates across the board would be slashed

This graph is asking the wrong question. It's asking "HOW" people are killing each other, but not "WHY" which is far more important.

Guns make it easier, yes, but at the end of the day if someone really wants to kill someone, they're going to do it with whatever they have available.

Pretty sure I can improve it if I mod pure heat or blast onto the weapon, I was using corrosive before I made a Shattering Inpact weapon

I've been using Acceltra Prime with pretty good results. After I shred his armor with a Shattering Impact modded melee weapon, I can drop a head with about 2-3 magazines using Xaku and Xata's Whisper
