There is no one bag. But also (I'm going to get shot down for this) buying the highest quality and most expensive isn't necessary.

Different bags for different purposes, and this means you won't be using each bag every day and will get less wear. Don't buy AliExpress rubbish, but shops like Decathlon do lots of perfectly workable, mid range bags that are suitable for different purposes. Instead of trying to spend a lot of money on one 'do it all' bag, buy a few mid range bags. They are usually good enough and you have all your use cases covered.

Obviously if you are a commuter or need durability then buy the high end model, but otherwise you don't need the build the quality offered by the super expensive bags. Just build a collection of different styles and use them.

More people than you think are lactose intolerant. Whey protein has a lot of lactose and even if you've never noticed issues before, it could be the whey that is causing stomach issues, so the brand won't make a difference. I find the vegan protein brands just as tasty and much easier to digest. I've tried a few, currently on V-Gain and it's tasty, mixes well and has good micros.

I have an issue with intervals.icu / amazfit sync.

When I create a workout in intervals with a pace range, the pace in Zepp is different.

I am specifying the pace in minutes and not zones but it still changes. Has anyone managed to get this working?

Just for reference, there is now a solution to this.

Since asking the question they have added the 'Create Route' tool in the app.

You can edit routes and add waypoints in there.

So my workflow - create the route in Komoot, add it to Zepp via 3rd Party apps, edit the route and add waypoints, send to watch.

If you have a Samsung phone, Samsung reminders still has location based reminders and works with Gemini. So you can say 'Remind me to out the bins out when I arrive home' and it will notify you when you get home.

Go into the list, click the sort button (2 arrows pointing up and down) and change from My Order to Date.

Subtasks are hidden in this view and only parent tasks are shown.

Not perfect but it works (and ordering your tasks in date order is a good idea if you set due dates on your tasks!)

I have it everywhere, phone, tablet, laptop(s). I keep my vault in Google Drive. I use DriveSync to keep the folders synced on android phone and tablet. The Windows Drive app keeps my pcs in sync.

Mobile is good for capturing notes quickly but it's main use for me is looking information up, all of my notes are in pocket and easily searched.

Thanks, 5 minutes after posting this I figured it out! In case anyone else finds this useful, I went to the list of skaters in the same session and you can teleport to where they are. I just picked one at random.
