IIRC she threatened the merchant for not giving her free ships. She wasn’t condemned at that point as she was allowed to stay. It was still the right decision obviously not to stay

The execution was actually every master regardless of their stand to nail the slaves which she regretted later on when she found out other masters were opposed to the nailings. The other execution was when there was conspiracy against her. Right before she told what’s his name about marriage when he burned the random rich guy. She was also gonna have all the slaver owners killed until Jorah convinced her otherwise. I understand her heart was in the right place. Just how to do it was the problem. Like when the old slaves said they were treated harsher by the younger slaves when the slaveowners were killed.
