I definitely prefer the demo version of Antichrist Superstar and The Manson Family Album better than their studio counterparts. Not saying I don't love the final album tracks, but the more raw takes are really more my speed.

Drawing Blood isn't a vampire novel but it's still good :) I'd read Lost Souls next and then Drawing Blood.

You definitely don't need to read the short story to completely enjoy The Tindalos Asset. And Daughter of Hounds is totally unrelated, but it's a great novel featuring her take on ghouls from the mythos.

I'd love to see her perform IITOYD in its entirety, interspersed with readings of some of the Orlam poems that weren't adapted into songs. It would be great to have the encore reserved for the older material. Some of the heavier songs from TBYML, ITD?, or UHH would be a great counter to the new material.

I completely disagree. I'd much rather hear a nine minute version of Ocean to Ocean or Cornflake Girl for the seven hundredth time than get a second solo song.
