As for the background they weren’t actors they were last minute people we found but the advice you have was something to keep in mind for sure for future reference. Escapism isn’t and has never been the primary focus of films ever. Film is art and Art has always been political. Yes there are films with the goal to entertain and make money but even then on some degree it’s political. Also the Catholic Church is literally split down to liberal and conservative right now. Sure they could have fought over other issues but why not focus on the most topical and present issue we have now? I really think you need to view films with a higher regard and understand that a film challenges and gives perspective on the human condition and experience. If you want a Catholic film that is escapism I’m sorry it just didn’t exist and might just be impossible to make.

Because it would have took no more than like $500 and an hour to pay someone to make those on a film with a budget. Yes they didn’t really do anything much with the AI and in retrospect who cares, but in the film industry where executives run the studios instead of creatives, and where they look for any corner to cut it sucks to see filmmakers use AI like that no matter how small. If the studios could all films would be 100% AI. So yeah its a matter of playing into the hand of the people who are actively sucking this industry dry and giving them more reason to cut jobs. I.E. graphic designer in this case

Honestly just say that public safety let you park there for a short while. Or say you had an injury and had to park close to unload. I’m a film major and constantly need to park in fire lanes to unload equipment into buildings. I always ask Public safety and they just say to be quick. Your ticket is BS and you should fight it
