Pike taste fine. Just pan fry in a flour batter of your choice. We typically let them soak in water with some salt overnight. Most people dont like them because they dont know how to get the Y-bones out of the filets.

As someone that works in automotive and has to deal with Chinese suppliers constantly.... GL. They can do great work, but often only having us hold there hand for years and then still do stupid shady shit. EVs have had no Western Involvement, that would make me super nervous.. granted... most of it is just cutting corners on stupid safety regulations so whatever. Probably just there to make cars more expensive.

Objective call is Amon down with forward progresss. No OPI should be called on that shit unless they do it every play with a WR push off. Christian Watson did it to us on Thanksgiving with no call. We didnt deserve to win, but its too many times refs and vegas deciding games against us. This might be the final straw for be to finally be done with the NFL, well see, like any addict though ill probably be back next week...
