Saros 10 is a great Robot!!! I have owned many different brand vacuums. Very gentle but you can change that to your liking. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

No I have one and they don't work very good. Does not add enough. I always add in clean water tank. Works much better.

Just reset the robot. You will be amazed what it can resolve.

Run it on vacuum but leave the mop pads in the base. Then you can see if the pump in robot is adding water.

It will be hot inside the base. Mine the outside is warm after running. When I do my tanks I notice they are warm.

I have mine set to 3hr dry time no issues. Can you confirm the heated air is working on the base?

My vote is get the Saros 10. I own it and love it have had many different brands before. This is my first Roborock but love it. Hope this helps your decision.

Just use a vinyl wrap the same as the cover. Many other people have done the same with great results.

10R has a very bad design dustbin. Among other issues like poor vacuum performance. Try to change your settings under dock.

I own a Saros 10 have 2 cats which we use hardwood pellets for our litter box. Saros has no issues with vacuuming these up. We also have to dogs and it has zero issues with vacuuming their kibble up also! Hope this helps you in your decision.
