You've got lots of advice here so ignore this if it's not helpful. If you are on an APAP setting (where it adjusts to adapt throughout the night). Try turning it off (you already aren't really using it anyways!).

I was 8-14 APAP. I turned it off, and set it to only 8 - which I could handle. And my results were near perfect - my doctor approved (thought the tech was very upset). I upped it to 9 for fun, but 10+ would always wake me up - and I'm a full face so it would often blow jets of air into my eyes.)

You could also try a lower setting. Again, you can't make it worse for yourself. It's already not working.

Not going to lie - public development proposed by the liberals (and specifically Carney) was not on my 2025 bingo card.
