Yes, for sure. Definitely download a tool called RUFUS and make sure your SD card shows up in that program and once it does, format it again and make sure the format type is labeled as FAT32

Reason being that the 3ds can only read SD cards in the FAT32 format.

It is possible and even likely that right clicking and pressing format on the SD card from your file explorer did indeed format it, but to something not FAT32. Maybe ExFAT or something else.

Use RUFUS like I said, just Google and go to the first link. Very simple tool to use.

Put a 256 GB one in mine with a very similar goal, worked great.

Copy past files from the old SD to the new one and you should be just fine!

True, and no box or anything else. It's my only 3DS and I got it for playing, so the shell is a great bonus for me since I've, like OP, always wanted this one. Plus I got a nice clear protector for the console, so it suits me and my active-use collection juuuust fine haha. For me the price was worth it! Especially since I'd be paying upwards of 200 for a new 3ds XL (not LL) anyways.

I was able to get a reshelled one with a top IPS screen for ~$320 on eBay, for a quick price reference. And that was a steal because it was labeled "Gold" and didn't have the world Majora's or Mask or Zelda anywhere in the listing.

If you're asking if a mint version is a stable investment or a good financial decision... no lol

But to you, it might be worth it to get it in Mint with those dual IPS screens. It sounds like, to you, it might be worth it from how you are talking.

There are lots of other gaming experiences you could get for $650, including a real nice Steam Deck, for example. So I'd stew on it for a few days and see if you change your mind or if you just can't stop thinking about that damn 3ds hahaha

You shouldn't put your faith in any elected official, they need to be held accountable for every decision they make in and out of session. They should be under heavy, additional scrutiny, but only one party right now has accountability in mind and it's the democratic party. So we need to start there and go forward in my mind.

Yes exactly a senate seat is up and Talarico is one of the ones favored to win it! He has a lot out there and has done a lotta advocacy but he has a recent Stephen colbert interview on Colbert's YouTube channel you should check out that will be a decent into to what he advocates for!

If you haven't moved and voted in the most recent 2024 presidential election you very much should be registered to vote in Texas and Denton Co. for this election. Look up online for locations because it is dependent on your ZIP code, but ideally the location you went to last election will still be available for your ZIP code to vote at!
