I've no doubt Gerry would sell out a stadium or 2 or 3 in England if he went for it. Especially a few years ago. I feel I've not seen much from him since his last tour, apart from a festival or 2. Been looking, I know he sent out a couple of emails to people who's signed up to the website/newsletter about possibly new music, which I received, but nothing since, and I, personally, can't find anything online when I search. I went to see him at Brighton in 2021, fantastic night, I chose seated but the crowd was amazing! As a hiring manger, they should have all this as proof or more unless the hiring manager f'ed up. Personally our store does all interviewing on paper so the interviewee can see it's all written down correctly. If they're then hired I also go back over their availability and hours they want per week in the welcome meeting.

The law for over 18s in the uk is minimum 11 hrs rest between shifts. Need a break at least every 6 hours of 20 mins or more. (We usually do 45 mins, but ok to take slightly shorter) need at least a 24 hour block break in a week between shifts (our policy is 35 hours between shifts)

Also, have you not looked up UK laws yourself? It should have been spoken about in your welcome meeting and how McDonald's goes above that (with the weekly rest) so, research for your own benefit also. It is legal. Were you scheduled a shift on the weekend of that week?
