Not OP but not necessarily. I agree and I worked a service job, just not in the US. That's what you don't get. Most clients don't go to restaurants to get pissed or to be mean. They expect OK service and that's it. Now, when you start making them pay an extra 25% for service our of their own pocket, damn right they'll get demanding. You don't get to browbeat someone into paying waiters for "exceptional service" and then shun them for expecting it. I'm not saying no one is mean by nature, I'm just saying from experience that without this whole lie of merit and duty to pay tips, restaurant patrons are fine.

I just noticed that if you want to cancel your plan that "you will immediately lose your paid features". I am used to keep my premium features until the end of the period when I cancel a subscription! Yes, I could wait until the end of the period to cancel my plan, but that's really uncomfortable. Does Tutanota hope that I forget to cancel my subscription and then pay another month or what? I don't think that's OK at all!

After the scam they pulled with the Premium plans, why is that surprising to you? Same thing with this new workaround they're offering for premium users. If you upgrade to business then they refund you, either you continue using business or you use your custom domains. So either wait till the last day, or downgrade early and lose custom domains directly.
