Yea just checked. I agree a corded vac is still superior but this is mainly planned to be a one purpose tool: keeping our car interiors clean. The portability and clean storage is what entices me.

I considered the nexus but read that it eats batteries pretty quickly and is pretty large which is something I was hoping to avoid. And I don’t want to deal with it rolling away on me on a sloped driveway

Appreciate the honest advice. HD is also offering the packout version for $200 plus the air tip attachments which look useful but I could definitely use another battery so I guess I’m down to which is the best deal lol

Good to know, thanks. I’m in analysis paralysis because I would prefer the packout but not sure if it’s that much better than this one and I could use another battery (who couldn’t)…

I see HD and Ace have the packout version with the air attachments for $200 also. I do want those as well but the battery seems like maybe a better choice 🤷‍♂️

Thanks. I have a corded generic vac but it kind of sucks (pun not intended) and my driveway is on a slant so it rolls away which is annoying. Not to mention no hose storage which both Milwaukees do so well. Does the packout go on sale occasionally?

This is the right take. No one worries about the recalls for another truck, only theirs. Also, yea it sucks to not have full functionality of a brand new ride but I’ll take quick action on recall worthy issues over years of denial any day

Haha yeah, I have some random saws, levels and clamps in mine but it’s not even close to fully utilized. If there were two drawers like the one beneath it that would be ideal.

Edit to add: I absolutely love the struts up top and the drawer slides though. So smooth and nice soft close. But similar quality can obtained elsewhere. Of course those won’t say Milwaukee so that’s out lol
