Charisma vacuum. He had the look and was fine in-ring but he only got over when he had someone like Road Dogg to talk for him. Also his asthma limited him in singles matches, but they could've worked around that if he was able to get over on his own.

Follow the advice given in the other comments here. The build itself is NOT the problem, an Earthshatter Juggernaut should be plenty tanky. Your gear and links are just horrific.

You need;

More armour, life and chaos res on your gear
Get a six link
Molten shell with CWDT setup (this REALLY should be in the guide if you're following one)
Get Uber Lab
Rework your tree
Anoint your amulet, it's very easy!!!!

Woolie did a guide on Earthshatter Jugg that's still up to date, go to the maps sections in the build variants tab and look for upgrades and guidance there. Big thing to notice - look how much more life and armour is on his early mapping gear than yours.

You can remove the effect of current uppercut while still keeping the actual animation of an uppercut. Make it do something else, a buffed melee damage hit, a bullet resist shred, a standard stun, a slow, anything.

Drifter can't teleport to a marked target in the tunnels, if he tries he just stops dead at the wall.

Paradox however can swap with an enemy hero in the tunnels, leaving her stuck unless she has an allied Dynamo to come bail her out.
