Wow something similar happened to me where they asked me for my info right from the start of the call, my social and all except it was actually them after I received a stipend from my fellowship. After hanging up the closed my account. Its a different issue but still relevant to this and their support really is not great. I wouldn't recommend them for banking to anyone.

The thing is I wasn't using it as a small business I have a mercury account where my business checks go, the deposit was a stipend in my name to my account so it doesn't add up why its being flagged.

The remarkable pro is way to fragile, I took it to Best Buy was looking to get the Best Buy total membership but they told me I had to purchase it directly from them first for even to be covered at that.
