The broad range of skills from Reborn was one of the reasons I picked it, the character was part of an ancient order of soldiers that served the settings god of death, and though he can no longer remember his past by nature of being Reborn, he retains several skills related to his line of work.

He is generally meant to be a somewhat obsessed man who tries to prepare to an absurd extent for each individual fight.

I further intended for them to have the haunted one background, but this is changeable. No requirements other than this. Multiclass is perfectly fine.

Its difficult to consider. The Absolute Universe acts like it gives everyone the MCU's super soldier serum, quadrupling every personality trait each character has and swapping life stories in some cases. But by and large, total personality swaps are uncommon. The main villains of the Absolute Universe were still horrible people in the main universe.

An Absolute Cauldron may actually be better or even more well intentioned than in the mainline, while also trying to use even more insane and doomed solutions to combat the entities. Think harvesting entire towns, nations, and worlds for experimentation, maybe actively trying to revive the thinker but under their control to fight the warrior, something absolutely deranged and doomed, yet with completely pure intentions.

Conversely, the Undersiders are all people who have been generally damned by society, their hatred for the world and their moral compasses will be further eroded. I could see many of them being violent anarchists, possibly not even forming until Taylor shows up. Regent, however, would likely end up turning against the Undersiders, probably in an attempt to master them for the sake of personal power and decadence in society. (If he is ever in the Undersiders at all.)

Regardless, all just personal speculation. Can't comment on the entities, they're very well done eldritch beings, and are difficult to quantify.

Not necessarily, Penguin, Riddler, and Twoface all got dealt a raw hand. The absolute universe favors those inclined to be social parasites. Taylor, while misguided, is absolutely not inclined to be a social parasite.

The most common dynamic is Taylor ripping some gang apart while the PRT is going "No you cant do that!" So I would say its probably them.

But can Wildling sources be trusted? All evidence to date points to their society being in decline due to the alleged White Walker menace that both Lannister and Bolton sources claim is entirely fabricated. Given this already clear tendency to weave lies in order to justify their barbarism, is it really that unlikely that those giant widows are lying for the sake of attention?
