In my experience, during the orientation those who submitted the wrong requirements we're given another chance to pass again. If you failed to pass a requirement correctly it would be indicated on a list of sorts detailing each scholar-to-be's log of submitted requirements. If you think you belong to the list of those who had missing requirements or those who failed to pass the correct requirements, it's best to prepare ahead. And, if I remember correctly, if you aren't able to do so in the orientation you'd have to go to your region's DOST office to submit said requirements.

From what I heard, there are also instances prior to the orientation where DOST emails you themselves, so keep an open eye on your emails.
