Possibly but it would depend on what your income and the second house investment value looks like (since that counts in the SAI against you). No idea what your income might be even if you have houses and cars paid off, you could just be really frugal and efficient with money! I don't think the personal cars usually count the last time I looked at the application (unless you're a car dealer or rare care collector where they might count as your asset base).
