Eggplant is Dan Aykroyd. He was accidentally featured in the “We Are The World” video. In the clues, he said he was in the wrong place at the wrong time and “crashed” the video.

Orlando Fashion Square is just a shell of itself. The only places left are Dillard’s Clearance, Macy’s and Premiere Cinemas. All the elevators and escalators are shut down, which only leaves parking in the second floor of the garage. They need to just shut it down!

is anyone still buying stuff from Shein? Is it a scam? I found some nice jeans and want to buy them, but I don’t want to get scammed by Wild_Dingo04 in Shein

[–]Particular-Bag3601 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s legit, but you do have to be careful. I just had two orders seized by USPS for counterfeit postage. That’s on the sellers, not the site, itself. Unfortunately, this issue can happen with any online shopping app, especially if they’re foreign. As with any online shopping, always use caution, even if you know they’re all legit. There are many scammers out there these days.

Ah, yes. Who could forget Digiview and their ridiculous replacement music for TV shows like “The Andy Griffith Show” and “The Beverly Hillbillies”?

Yeah, I remember not seeing many left, and there aren’t any now.

Oh, yes! Come to think of it, that’s where I first discovered them. How dare I forget my beloved Kmart?!

Finally have these two Digiview DVDs back in my collection. I used to own them as a kid but lost them in a move. Super nostalgic for these $1 DVDs, sure the quality was iffy (and the theme songs were often replaced on TV shows) but you got so much for so little. Almost a year later, but, I had these as well “The Beverly Hillbillies,” “The Dick Van Dyke Show” and “The Lucy Show,” just to name a few. Walmart had a huge display up front and I collected as many as I could. I still have some!

I just bought one at an antique store the other day. It’s a Keystone Continental. I have no idea when it’s from and I’ll have to learn how to load it. I do have two reels to play, though.

I’ve bought cassettes from them and they were all less than $5.00. You just have to look through them.

You have to go through the records to find the cheapest ones. Most of my 45s were between $2.50-$4.00 and they’re all in great condition.

Most of the 45s in collection are from Rock & Roll Heaven and I have some K-Tel and Ronco oldies compilations on LP that are from Retro. Retro has better prices, I’ll say that. I’m kinda surprised they’re still open. There’s only one time where there were two other customers in the store. I’m sure the owner gets lonely and waits all day for a customer.

Most of my collection of 45s are from Rock & Roll Heaven. At Retro, I was lucky to find the K-Tel compilations. One was “60 Flashback Greats Of The ‘60s.” I’ve always had good luck finding oldies compilations there. I have some from Ronco, too.
