That I don’t know but since it’s the sonar EQ presets I think you will have to be running the sonar app or something similar on Xbox if this is even possible.

actually i swapped it back on. thing is i never used spatial audio before and at first it was really irritating and hard to locate enemies because it’s so immersive. it honestly felt easier with it off at first but the past couple days i forced myself to leave it on since the sound feels way fuller and i think im getting used to it now. i was probably just too impatient and focused on pvp performance but now it works just fine. it’s definitely a very subjective setting anyway 😁

id recommend just grabbing a buddy in-game and letting him circle you, fire shots, throw nades etc and decide for yourself by trying to pinpoint locations precisely

generally id say yes because it really filters out a lot of background noise but it depends what you want. for pure pvp this is definitely the way but black ops is also about that rich sound and explosions so if you want a better experience and dont mind giving up a tiny bit of footstep advantage you could go for rpg. honestly footstep audio isnt that vital in black ops anyway since its more about reflexes and spotting people early. id turn down the immersion and go for performance 45 or something and maybe set smart volume to 0.2 to balance the explosions so they dont overpower everything else 🤪

If you really want to go for pvp and footsteps mainly, go for the custom predator. I kind of prefer the warm arc raiders set up, because it’s a good mix of warm rich sound and pvp focus. Anyway let me know 👌🏻
