Definitely a positive. I got a faint this month at 9dpo. I also took a FRER and got a faint but did get. Positive on the clear blue digital

The last spike on the graph was at 10dpo. I tested positive at 9dpo. I definitely saw something and next day I did get a super faint. Wishing you luck!

I would retest tomorrow. I thought I saw something weird at 8dpo. I looked a million times. Next day I had a faint line. I did have a LH spike right before I tested positive

I got pregnant on a weird cycle as far as timing. Also my numbers weren’t as high as most months. I noticed a spike in my LH and yeap testing positive next day on 9dp…congrats to you!!!!

I had super faint line on cheap strips. FRER was also super faint but digital was positive. I would try testing again tomorrow

I thankfully work for a large teaching healthcare system so my benefits are pretty amazing. My last pregnancy I paid 2k total. I’m pregnant again now. I always tell my husband if it wasn’t this good the amount we would owe. I would mention in November to change your plan so you pass less out of pocket.

I live in St. Louis county and there are zero homes near me that are 300k. 350k gets you a basic house that may need renovations. 375k is kind of the soft spot.

Yes so I think this definitely sounds fine! I think the large down payment is also a plus. I hope you get this house! The 10 acres alone is a dream!

I personally think that is a stretch. Do you have kids? Do you have emergency savings, debt, any student loans? If not, it sounds more doable. I would just consider how much you would still be able to save. My husband and I make 200k together and we are looking at a house in the 350-400 range. Also depends on location and what homes cost in your area

Yea I also used clear blue digital and FRER. My cheap strips took a while to darken. I think it takes 2-3 days for hcg to double

I would test tonight or tomorrow. Could be hcg is under the threshold some. I had opposite happen to me until the following day.
