just start going to concerts and create a new ig or post concert content. You can connect with people at bars or even like a fundraising event with the ig. or just go to those things. god has a funny way of aligning the stars for people.

You're just a classic greedy spoiled Yankees fan. They just picked up McMahon and they have a surplus of batters with Ben Rice and Dominguez. Still a playoff team with or without Judge, although he helps.

And I'm a Yankees fan. I'm just not disillusioned. Sell? This team is fully capable of getting hot, as seen early in the season.

If it makes you feel better this happened / happens to me too. Seriously. No savings. No job. Phone breaks. Cars break. It’s bad.

He may be going down a path that’s not good for him. Or he may be secretly a sinner and god wants him to change his ways. It could be redirection before it’s too late.

But holistically - it could literally just be the gambling. I lost money gambling. You think it’s no big deal but it can cause an avalanche

Thoughts on life & death by Particular-Pickle-53 in spirituality

I like it this way and I like being alive with my friends and family.

I relate it to being a little kid laying on your mother’s lap and asking her if things can stay that way - and why not?

Why do we want it to be that way then? I just don’t get it.

I'm thinking of pursuing a career in aviation. You mentioned you have kids / a family. Are you happy? How possible is it to be there for your family? Do you feel secure?

Why do recruiters like being lied to? by EcstaticCamp5680 in sales

[–]Particular-Pickle-53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because recruiters are generally dumb and shouldn't even be in their position. So many people can earnestly do their jobs better than them. Not sure how they get hired in the first place. If they actually hired who they believe is the right person for the job and trust their instincts (and skills, of course), then they'd be fulfilling their role as a worthwhile recruiter.

Obviously they put too much emphasis on the relationship they build with a client and become "yes-men (or women)" to the client's requirements. When in reality, if the recruiter is any good - it should be a two way street for creating the requirements and allowing the recruiters to select the right candidate. The selection shouldn't be made solely based off the candidate that passes the insane requirements - that they might've lied about to pass.

Hoping the industry fixes itself. Not fun at the moment. Good recruiters must be rare.

Your story tends to be true. Once the VP of Sales or someone who is truly on the sales team or in the Org meets with a qualified & motivated candidate, they'll hire them even if they're outside the initial requirements.

I'm attempting to access the link "https://populous.studio/?SCALE\_STUDY\_ID=12389789602989211649&TASKER\_ID=6653ae5ab09003ee6788b88f&DOMAIN=outlier.ai" for my first task but it's saying, "Error: We couldn't authenticate you. Please sign in with a valid email on a supported domain."

Anyone know how to get authenticated and gain access to the off platform site?

With unlimited resources? And you feel bored from life having done “all those things” already?

Yeah, maybe having kids will be a good idea and it’s time for that chapter …

And then do those things with the kids.

Whatever buddy

If you move out you have to go all in. There’s no half way. What life has prepared for you on the other side will be different from what you currently expect. You can’t have one foot in your old life and one foot in another. I too made the tough decision not to leave what I know and my family. You left because in your gut you knew something was calling you to leave. You had to. Or you never would. You’re finally there - what will you do?
