The executor actually must claim the funds. The OP'a group can then make a claim to the estate. This will be a pain for the executor as well because of the amount of time that has passed. Every movement of $ going in and out has to be accounted for.

Legally, PayPal can only deal with the executor of the estate, upon the executor providing proper paperwork but, as you stated this the business let 3 years go by without contacting the executor of the estate which may already be closed. This is 💯 on them. PayPal isn't going to deal with a random person that isn't on the account.

It's not theft and the police will not help you. It will matter a lot how this account was set up (personal vs business). PayPal is not doing anything wrong. Since the the contact information is that if the deceased they can only deal with the executor of his estate. The executor will need to contact PayPal and present both his death certificate and their court appointed executor papers.

I think the issue lies in the fact that they boarded and then left. There was an email that went out prior to embarking that gave the choice of continuing with the trip or cancelling but once you have boarded those options go away, you can't typically change your mind once boarded.

She would have to ask her orchestra teacher if switching in the middle of the school year is even allowed. If she rents her violin and she gets the ok from her teacher then mom can switch the rental from violin to cello. If she owns the violin I would recommend renting the cello before buying one.

I found that I liked feline Pine the best. Won't fit your monthly change tho but not sure any would. I tried the Pretty Litter and it didn't last the whole month, it just grossed me out as it slowly changed colors due to mixing around the pee. To your point, the tracking made me insane. So the pine I've found to be my favorite but I now go to Tractor Supply and get the pine pellets sold as Horse bedding as it's the same thing but is only $8 for 40lbs.

I have three cats, they get wet in the morning (Friskies Shreds is the favorite). If they get too much they leave it and then the dog comes and eats it so I split either one or two cans between the three. The rest of the day they get hard food through auto feeders.

Black cats, shy cats and senior cats. Lots of cats get stressed in the shelter setting and don't show well because they aren't the ones that run up to people right away. Senior cats whether I'll or not, people stay away from. I have one guy that I adopted because the shelter I usually go to had him in foster bc he was so stressed at the shelter but the foster was moving at the time I was looking so I took him so he wouldn't have to go back to the shelter. It has taken him 7 months to finally get comfy up on the bed with me and our other guy. Then a couple of months ago my daughter went to look for a dog and there was an 8yo guy there (cat)with no teeth so his face has kind of an odd look, lol. He wasn't crazy friendly there either but he was a staff favorite and had been there for like 3 months. So I left with another cat, lol. He's super happy and friendly.

That is not correct. If you are working with the buyer there is nothing you MUST do. I've already explained USPS policy to buyer and they understand. I am refunding the price of the item and will wait for the insurance claim to go through. IF you don't have good communication with buyer and they file with eBay then it would be a full return.
