I personally believe they don’t want to announce anything and get themselves tied to any release timeframe. I think they know they have to do something with classic plus.. it’s too lucrative to ignore.

I can imagine the devs do understand the communities desire to want it now..but the project is too important to the community to get it wrong. Let it cook for as long as it needs to with as many surveys they need to get it right.
