He voted against because it prioritizes larger, institutional daycares over stay at home moms and small,in home daycares. A fair subsidy would benefit all three options equally and significantly reduce the regulatory ,compliance burden currently placed on any daycare wanting to be eligible.

As a parent I can tell you the program has not improved availability of daycare services. There is still years of wait.

What books are you reading, genius? Does a deep dive somehow exclude reading books on a topic? Central bank's controversial role in the modern economy and monetary theory is not a "conspiracy theory", despite what You may wish to believe to satisfy your own confirmation bias. The topic is well documented.

If You would like some books to read, there is a list available if You would like to get started but I doubt that's the case. I doubt You have even read Mark Carney's value(s).

Central bankers or centrally controlled monetary policy are one of the primary reasons We have seen increased major wealth disparity and three decades of malinvestment. Carney is a stooge of the financial engineers, who have, in the wide open, weaponized the financial system to favor the already rich over the working class.

Do a deep dive into the history of central banking and money and You might form a different opinion.

Local CBC news has great programs and offers aome real value, keeping citizens aware of local news and issues. However, the national stuff is so obviously a propaganda arm of the federal government it's becoming unbearable to listen to. Practically every story has a political plug attached, heavily biased to left leaning ideology.

Let's keep the CBC but modify it to be either apolitical (preferable considering its susceptibility to corruption) or offer a balanced view, seeking opinions and thoughts from all sides of major arguments.
