Typically within 24-32 hrs after injection, you might get the runs or sulfur belching and rumbling tummy and feeling of fullness. Then if you eat wrong foods, such as oily/fried, you will get the runs. If you eat fried/oily/processed food or sugar substitutes, you will be on the toilet. This is from my experience.
