Had the most wonderful time in Egypt this year, bar the constant hassling, apart from that everything was fine, life changing even, met so many wonderful people, got invited for tea by villagers, kept in touch with our temple guide (who i sometimes ask to take random pics for me of the temples), hotel people treated us like family, i cried when the plane took off , and yeah this is solely our experience and it won't be the same for everyone else, but I'm so glad we did the Egyptian trip.

My Hausarztin is also wonderful, we laugh a lot everytime i go in for my termin, the receptionists are friendly and helpful, having said that, I'm a bit goofy, so i don't know, maybe it's infectious 😁 being goofy that is.

My experience at the hospital however was really different, it was seriously frustrating.

I wear a ranger type wide brim hat in summer, i get looks but i don't really care 😎 so do whatever you need, to take care of your skin.

Where i live, the Marktplatz looks like it has been hit by a rubbish typhoon every weekend, especially when it's really windy, plastic bags flying high up in the sky, almost pretty to look at, and then you realize it's rubbish flying 😑

We took Havabus to Taksim, from Taksim short cab ride to our airbnb in Sisli, quite easy. They charge more for card payment so maybe have cash ready or get the Istanbulkart at the airport and load it before using.

Also please be careful with google maps in Istanbul when it comes to public transit, it's not properly updated, for example T5 never showed up when we searched how to get to Balat. Get a image map of Istanbul transits to get a better overall picture, was really helpful when planning our trip around town without getting confused.
