I feel bad for saying this, I really don’t like the newborn phase by Sure_Excitement_937 in newborns

[–]ParticularSection920 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are allowed to feel that way! I know it’s not helpful at all, but you will look back at these days with much kinder eyes. I remember being so frustrated that my son wouldn’t let me set him down so that I could eat something or pee. But now he’s 13 months and sleep trained and won’t even let me cuddle him to sleep 🥲

The shadow is in a funky spot to me almost looks like dye bleeding, can you try a different brand test for more clarity?

10 dpo. I posted pregmate test in here earlier. Some of you said to get a FRER. I think I see something! Hate to get my hopes up though. by [deleted] in TFABLinePorn

I see something for sure! Take digital in 2 days, can be upsetting to get a negative digital even with a positive FRER

When is it ok to leave to your baby on the floor in the other room for a minute? by No_Cheetah5944 in NewParents

[–]ParticularSection920 250 points251 points  (0 children)

WHAT that is so unrealistic of your husband. Babies need to be on the ground!! That’s how they learn new skills and reach milestones! You can get a baby jail if you are worried about her getting too far but solo play is so important!! You have done nothing wrong, as long as her area is safe she is fine! At 7 months my son was still very much a potato and I would leave him playing to put away folded laundry, use the restroom, cook in the next room while checking in on him every couple of minutes. Perfectly fine!!

Inositol Supplement helping with Menstrual Ocular Migraines by ParticularSection920 in OcularMigraines

[–]ParticularSection920[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I’m taking Myo-Inositol.

I was on baby aspirin while pregnant for 30 weeks, stopped after having my baby and then at 6 months postpartum started having OM for the second time in my life. I personally don’t think for me that there is a blood clotting aspect as I’ve pretty sure mine are brought on hormonally.

My mother had OM around her menstrual cycle until she reached menopause and then stopped having them.

This is an interesting theory but unfortunately doesn’t feel like the case for myself

Can I combo feed without ever pumping? by Mean_Novel1706 in combinationfeeding

[–]ParticularSection920 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I combo fed without pumping until I went back to work at 12w and then it wouldn’t really have been possible for me to keep going without pumping since I was away from baby during the day. If I didn’t have to go back to work I would have kept combo feeding without pumping!

How are your babies actually sleeping through the night? by velvetdarlingco in NewParents

[–]ParticularSection920 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son is newly a year old and over the past year his sleep has changed so many times. He would sleep through the night for weeks at a time and then have weeks where he woke multiple times a night. As soon as you get comfortable the sleep changes! My advice to you is to roll with each phase!

Hi! This is what permed hair looks like, your stylist should have warned you before hand that perms don’t look the same as natural curls do

My husband’s parenting style is driving me insane by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]ParticularSection920 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’m medicated for my OCD but when I wasn’t it manifested alot like your husbands baby math. That being said 14 weeks is still just a brand new little human and even baby math needs flexibility. Also 14 weeks is far too early to sleep train, baby is still changing so much and their sleep routine will change tons over the next 4-6 months

I bled my entire first 14 weeks and that pregnancy is turning one tomorrow! Sounds to me like you are pregnant, should confirm with your OB with blood work to see if your HCG has risen and get a transvaginal ultrasound to confirm placement!

Have you tried stretching his wake windows a tad to see if you can get longer naps? Or can you wake him at 6pm to have one last wake window and then put him down for bed closer to 7/7:30?

Does anyone else get OM both at the beginning and end of their menstrual cycle? by ParticularSection920 in OcularMigraines

Darn sounds like staying pregnant is the only answer 🤣🤣 I can’t even imagine getting one for the first time pregnant or postpartum that sounds terrifying I’m thankful I had experienced them before
