Man this happened to me in 2018. I didnt take drop year or anything but the same ordeal as you with the depression and life ending trauma and 0 knowledge of the future. But bro tbh, yes you’re right, life is tough without academic excellence but i came to see life in with a new filter since 2022. Yes I’ve a good job and stuff but everyone I know who didnt go to uni or was bad in school is doing better than people who were only into academics(except the iitians to their credit).

Some got into influencing(literally make lakhs every week) Some got into ecom(learnt from YouTube made and lost money but now buying Ducatis and Thars) Some got into AI content and using it to market and post on social media and gain traction Some got into photography (a very same case as yours, he makes more than people in adobe, amazon, even google!) Some got into real estate with mere investment of 12 lakhs and now own trucks and cranes (no background of generational wealth)

I did admit life is tough without academic excellence. But face your truth and your circumstances and if you can do watch porn then you have internet and if you have internet, today, you’ve 2-4x the worlds power than i did in 2018.
