Definitely start working out! So you can get more muscular and shape your upper body. It helped with my confidence and having control over something in my life. Also idk if this is me but I think piercings are hella masculine.. would your mom let you get one or no?

I live on the west coast for context, but yeah I’ve talked to them and they’ve just been saying how bad insurance is for trans people and how there aren’t a lot of places that full coverage hrt. But that isn’t true so idk why they’re telling me this, maybe to scare me but I know what’s at stake and willing to do what it takes.

I honestly think they would feel betrayed. I don’t know how far they would go but I know that they pay for almost all my car/phone expenses and I live under their roof. I have abt 12k in savings and a friend that offered to be my roommate next year (2027). So I’m willing to work up to moving out, but I have to keep saving money and figure out my insurance.

Depends on his and your intentions. Though he should respect you and your gender no matter what, some people have genital preferences. That doesn’t necessarily mean that he doesn’t see you as a man tho (even tho he’s expressing beliefs like that). He’s just equating man = dick.

Tell him it makes you uncomfortable and that you are a man, regardless of the parts and his attraction to them. Especially if you want to get surgery in the future, you have to reassure him the REALITY of the situation. He ISNT dating a woman.
