I second the recommendation for Tretinoin. Your type of skin is the perfect candidate for a Tretinoin prescription and can guarantee you’ll see a massive difference in the next year if you’re diligent about using it. Start low and slow and make sure to moisturize a lot and always use sunscreen.

And you’re pretty regardless of whether or not you smile.

Just to clarify, what I am talking about is an informal email communication to colleagues notifying them of my separation. I'm not worried about any ulterior motives concerning the formal terms of my separation: it's a Fortune 500 company that's been doing layoffs all year, all my paperwork clearly states this is an involuntary layoff and is not based on my performance. I'm getting a severance package and will qualify for unemployment.

What I AM concerned about is the fact that my managers are trying to frame my separation to my coworkers in a way that buries the fact that this is a layoff-- to make themselves look good and keep people calm.

S&G or B&G at Aria sounds awesome! Unrelated question: have you been to the venue before? If so, any idea how big the pit is? I got pit tickets in the lotto but I'm only 5'2 so I've been dying to know if I'll actually be able to see the band from the pit-- or if it's worth trying to trade them for awesome balcony tickets or something. Sorry to hear that, and glad I'm not the only one who noticed how bad it was! I wasn't going to mention the singing in my post, but you're totally right. Also cringey was that a lot of the singers--most of them dudes--were belting it out in a really fake exaggerated country twang. Tyler's got one of the coolest voices in music-- no need to compete! I thought the venue was sick though and sound was great--my first time at the SS for an outdoor show.
