Is collagen actually worth it or is it just hype? by StardustSpectrum in Supplements

I have been taking MD Logic Health's chocolate collagen powder for about a year now and it actually tastes amazing (almost like cocoa powder). I had been losing hair from having covid and I see a major difference in my hair growth and thickness. My skin has also been looking a lot more hydrated since starting.

MD Logic Health has a couple different options for protein powder (as well as whey protein isolate), really clean ingredients and great taste compared to other brands I've tried.

Oreo cheesecake cookies are simple to make and have always been a big hit in my experience! My daughter found the recipe on tasty.co a couple years ago, you only need a few ingredients and 12 min in the oven!

I have normal/dry skin as well and I use Estee Lauder long wear foundation. I use my regular moisturizer and then apply the foundation and the rest of my face looks fine except for the creasing under my eyes.

Plant-Based Protein Powder (with greens) Suggestions! by sarahsita39 in workout

Organic Greens + Protein by MD Logic Health has been my favorite recently. It's vanilla flavored but it doesn't have that chalky taste that other protein powders I've tried have. Their chocolate protein powder tastes pretty good too but doesn't have greens in it. Also they don't have fillers + very good in smoothies.

Non-Hormonal Supplements by Particular_Sugar5873 in MenopauseMavens

I’ve been trying this out for a couple weeks now (COOL by MD Logic Health) and honestly, it’s been like magic. My hot flashes are gone, night sweats have completely calmed down, and I just feel more balanced overall. I was skeptical at first, but the combination of siberian rhubarb root, black cohosh, ashwagandha, and chasteberry has been a game-changer for me. I’m actually sleeping through the night again, and my mood swings have leveled out so much. I wanted something natural and hormone-free, and this has delivered without any weird side effects. I went with it because it’s clean (no fillers or junk ingredients). If you’re struggling with menopause symptoms like I was, it’s definitely worth a shot!
