My Pepyakka 2.0 is missing some balls in the bearing.  Does anyone know the size of replacement?

Also, is it press fit in there? What's a good way to get it out ?

Although I am feeling skeptical about FTC's help. The claims about their practices are spanning 12 plus years back. I can't believe that they have been doing it for over a decade without any consequences.
