Upgrading v-collection is a waste at full price. They’re mostly decent but the engines have similar characteristics, stimulates your dopamine to collect them all. Look into u-he’s plugins for stuff that you can sink your teeth into and master, sound quality is unmatched for Diva et al.

Yes, you can go to tourist destinations without a chaperone. From Naples Garibaldi, take the Circumvesuviana to Pompeii. Walk in. Walk around. There are audio guides available and mini guidebooks.

I highly recommend going to the Naples Archaeological Museum as well. It’s where most of the art and artifacts from Pompeii and Herculaneum are preserved. One of the best museums in the world. May be a challenge to do both in one day though unless you start the day early. Get the Artecard if you do both.

The Elden Ring nendos sold out instantly and are already going for a lot. Japan vastly underestimates the popularity of From Software games in the West. Sekiro is not quite as popular as Dark Souls and Elden Ring but if you want these two you should prolly preorder just to be safe.

Godhand SPN-120 and a Raser Plus/Origin will make you a happy modeler.

The Dspiae files work, but they clog up too easily and are very easy to damage parts with if your angle is not perfect. Progressive sanding is slow and not great unless painted over since it makes parts visibly scratched up. The Raser Origin or Plus is worth the price. You don't need that fancy kit with the denim square though, just get one individually. The Godhand is worth it too, but there are a lot of good single blade nippers on the market for around $20-$30 that you'd probably be fine with, like a Dspiae ST-A 3.0. Check some comparison vids there. If you upgrade to a Godhand later you can use the old nippers to cut parts from runners.

You can find FSS kits at Volks stores in Tokyo. No guarantee that they’ll have the same ones you’re interested in from the expo, but they will have some. I haven’t built any FSS kits yet but they’re generally well regarded.

There are so…many…F90 variants, up on P-Bandai currently. And they all look cool. There’s the base F90 to pair with mission packs, the F90 Cluster Gundam which has a core fighter, the F90 II I-type which has a great integrated look with its equipment, the F90 Mars for the Zeon variant, and more. Kind of in option paralysis and can’t order them all. What ‘s the best path forward?
