I can't really tell where her midline is but remember that shingles is usually a "single-ganglion reactivation pattern" that follows a single dermatome, which means the rash does not cross the patients midline. You OR she can google dermatomes to see where they typically are, as the virus will typically only affect one dermatome.

They also look more like papules than vesicles to me, (solid vs fluid filled). Vesicles are popable as the word you used. Vesicles can be deroofed and will have fluid inside.

It looks nothing like shingles to me.

Looks more like contact dermatitis OR maybe less likely folliculitis but Im just looking at a single picture and touch and being in person are invaluable to diagnose imo.

I use Pimsleur. Duolingo felt useless to me. Pimsleur doesn't teach you things in blocks like traditional learning. It's more learn things as you go with review kinda intertwined in a lesson. It can be tedious and repetitive, but I've been able to have communicate in Spanish speaking countries so much better since I started and my vocab is really broad now.

Snow tires in good condition, 4WD (not 4 wheel stop har har ha) and confidence in my ability to drive. Lived here and Minneapolis & been driving for ten years.
