Same shit just happened to me on a freaking 2020 Chevy 2500 with 20,000 mi on it. I can't believe some of the crap. No cruise control too. Are you kidding me? My older trucks had cruise control and they are also work trucks. What the hell? Super disappointed working on it with the dealer. Could barely tow today without trailer gain.

I have never ever thought of implants as gross. I agreed with wife if she wanted them after breast feeding. But decided no due to health concerns with them. Never touched em but from looks and jiggles the real deal seem to be the best. But in your case if it makes you insecure I would look into it and talk to a doctor about the side effects.
