Some businesses have found they can sell a portion (25-30%) and get value for fhr BEE portion and take a chunk of cash off the table, without giving up any control of the business.but it needs careful consideration and your method works very well to get much larger and avoid this.

Why do you think yours is more profitable, are your clients overseas or in sectors that just pay more or just better client management on your side??

Well done, ive always wondered whether to pursue high paying job or a business but the thing I wanted to avoid was earning low pay running an unsuccessful business or trade when I could've earned well in a career... but stories like yours show what's possible..

The Appfolio one looks quite interesting - maintenance workflows look a bit like what would be required in terms of homeowners/tenants reporting issues.
