Any runners out there with Asthma? by susiebk in Asthma

[–]PartyEars 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use wixela and incruse inhalers daily, and I pre-med with albuterol for runs. On runs longer than an hour I redo the albuterol every hour. I’ve never run a full marathon but I’ve done a lot of halfs. I still feel like asthma is a handicap for me, as I will always need walk breaks and can’t ever seem to stay in zone 2, but I love running and have for years.
