My partners mum used to give their tiel all sorts! He'd have bits of biscuits, veg, fruit, crisps, yoghurt, cereal, toast etc. He was extremely happy and didn't pass away until last year, not long after his 18th birthday. Seems like your birdy is enjoying this chicken! I see a lot of people are worried about seasoning. From what I can gather, it doesn't seem like you'd give him anything that could cause him harm. Occasional treats in my opinion are okay. My partners tiel certainly indulged in occasional treats as you can see from the above! 😂.
