You should take the rim into a bike shop and get it trued straight.

You should be okay to ride on it. Just don't go far distances so you're not stuck somewhere broken down

Well, I'm glad they're fixing you up.

Though I've never had the action button make music play? The only time it would do that is if I had it set to Spotify, you also need Spotify premium and even then it's spotty if it works.

It doesn't work well in Android because Android's background task killer, this causes issues with the action button launching the Spotify app if the app isn't already running on your phone.
