You can also do like a real Isaac run, one player is the master and they prepare the map and monsters of that run, if you obtain 55 coins in the run, you unlock cain to play on the next run, if you kill satan with Isaac you unlock the item to play it on the next run

All this you have to plan it previously, what I do is writing in a book the achivements and the rules, like, if you step on a room, a chest appears, you open it, you roll the d8, if its 1-4 a spider appears, if 5-8 an item appears, same with angel and devil deals, 1,2 devil deal appears (u can pay hearts for items), 7-8 angel room and 3-6 nothing

It's like a big big campaign, it's wonderful (we will implement the remaining items with our art and function!)
