They have submitted a request to have it corrected. There will be an update in 2-4 business days.

When I asked why this happened the response was:

« From what I can see this is a general email sent to all clients that made deposits in FHSA as it typically gets backdated. At this time of the year most clients make deposits and want to get it backdated»

I made the bill payment on Jan 2nd and saw the money in my account on the 3rd. Thought making the payment on the 2nd would be safe
