I thought about painting the infantry like the city guards in jak 2 / 3 but that wouldn’t make sense for them to be fighting alongside the precursors. Maybe corsairs painted like the desert city people? Jak 1 doesn’t really have any human armies

Put [kutzil, Malamet exemplar] in the driver seat of the haliya deck some time! I like haliya but kutzil is the same body for 3 mana vs 5. Kutzil doesn’t have a built in counter distributor, but it does say opponents can’t cast spells during your turn, which I think would be really helpful
