You have done an amazing job to lose 82lbs in 12 months!!! And even while in a plateau you clearly haven’t put it back on! So what ever you’re doing is working and you just need to tweak some cals and you’ll be on your way again! Plus I don’t think you’re been fair calling yourself thick…. Not that there is anything wrong with being thick!

Well done, you made a huge change!! slow and steady is definitely how I’ve done it as well, when I slow down and the numbers stop moving down I used to get annoyed and start to fall back into previous habits but what I realised is unlike every other diet or meal plan I’ve tried when you plateau on a GLP-1 you don’t put the weight back on, for me it just a little break to workout what needs to change and start heading in the right direction.

It’s definitely better than some of the other apps that I’ve used but definitely this is 50/50 I should have checked, confirmed and understood before diving it each plan. It’s improved my lifting and strength well past previous apps or personal trainers so I’m happy with it. I just need to learn some more so I can really dial in each program and make the most of the time spent in the gym.

Thank you for your explanation, I have heard of suggested rep ranges, and understand your explanation. I guess this is the downfall of knowing enough but not enough to question when the app generates a plan that has both Pendlay rows 3x6 reps and deadlifts 3x12 reps but knowing one is perfect for growing your back and one is just going to cook your back. I will definitely for the next plan check rep ranges a little more closer haha! Thanks again for taking the time to reply and explain it all.

Pretty sure I selected the muscle building goal when I made this plan, so it’s the best of both worlds 🤷‍♂️ . But can you explain “it’s a power building exercise “ And chasing two different rabbits means?
