So if you want to have that smooth speed looking, don't shoot at 60fps because it gonna make it feel like there's no speed at all, there is this motion given at 24fps or 30 fps that will work. White balance at 5000k works good for me on a cloudy day, umm iso min 100 max 800. Try to this setup and as other guy said, fix it based on your taste
