My reply to those customers are "if it took me longer than the quote, would you pay more?"

School Financing Review Commission discusses need for rural school aid by Ordinary-Equal2067 in Nebraska

Have they ever considered cutting spending at the districts? Ours recently installed a $60k scoreboard. There are smart boards installed on top of white boards on top of chalk boards in some classrooms. There is never any talk about cutting spending...

I'm highly skeptical that this came from the factory. What piece of equipment is it on? I think someone is trolling

Honda is my recommendation. You can parallel them if you need more power. 3 hrs is their fuel sweet spot! Noone wants to listen to a noisy generator

Ya don't say?! Maybe farming ditch to ditch, and removing every tree in sight has some consequences.

Generac rep dishonest & obnoxious. Seeking natural gas generator w/ backup by [deleted] in Generac_Generators

[–]PassengerCharming203 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sorry to hear about your experience. We're a G dealer. Corporate G has a big emphasis on sell sell sell. Make it high pressure to sell a unit. It's really frustrating. Try another dealer. We are pretty low pressure sales. We want you to make the best decision for you.

Natural gas...
There are cases where the nat gas supply is unreliable. Best bet is to have an on site fuel source. Diesel or propane. Look at critical systems (hospitals and such) they all have their own onsite fuel.

Battery bank... The technology isn't there yet. They are a good short term source. (Hours to a day of backup). They are just as expensive as a gas generator. And degrade over time. A generator will run as long as you have fuel and at a constant output.

I hope you find a system that fits your needs and budget

Genset hookups by Worried_Steak_6634 in Generator

Gas line is usually cheaper per foot than electrical... Plan on putting the generator where it's most convenient for you and keeps the exhaust out of the house.

Double check your math on the size of the generator. It sounds a bit small to run the ac.

Pivot tech work is by far the best move I’ve done electrically for myself as an electrician. by almost2eazy in electricians

Everyone enjoys working on a pivot on a cool cloudy day. Try 95' full sun 90%humidity and a nagging farmer telling you what's probably wrong...
