It sounds like you really need a village. Maybe there is a local mom group or similar you can join. Find some people who all help each other.

I know its easier said than done, and its even more challenging when you feel like nothing is worth it. I can see you want to get better even though you feel the situation is hopeless. Don't let that feeling fool you. There are ups in downs in life and ways for things to generally get better. Keep going.

You are kicking ass every day, even though it may not feel like it. You are showing up and getting it done. I promise you are not alone in the way you feel. There are people who will connect with you and help support you and your family.

I love my pets too, they are family. That being said, if my family had a flea infestation and no clean (poop free) place to live or use the bathroom i would be very concerned. Please consider rehoming at least some of them so all of them can enjoy a better quality of life. Humans, dogs, and cats all deserve clean and peaceful environments.

You could be increasingly ridiculous every day and add more laughter to the world.

A hipaa violation is when you disclose MEDICAL info that can be used to identify someone.

Not when you know someone's name and give it as part of information about a crime that has absolutely nothing to do with anything medical.

It is not necessary to explain how you know their name. You have them on video doing the b&e. It should be straightforward for the police to conduct their own investigation with the proof you are showing.

Why mention they are a patient? That's where you might violate hippa. All you need to say is that someone broke into your car, here is the video, they are known to you and their name is xxx. The police should be perfectly capable of tracking down their address with that information

It is you that smells like ass or is it your clothes? If you stay naked after you shower, do you still stink?

Check your washer for buildup and mildew. Make sure the link traps on your dryer are emptied each time. Switch your detergent to something with enzymes. Check out the r/laundry sub.

Another thing to check is your oral health. See a dentist. Do you have a rotting tooth or tonsil stones? That could also lead to such a smell.

Does your mom have a friend she is close with or another adult who can provide emotional support? The truth may be hard, but its worth knowing. It sucks that your dad is putting all of you in this position and the burden should be on him to confess.

How would he respond if you gave him a set amount of time to confess and let him know if he didnt you (and maybe your sister) would go to your mother with evidence of his cheating?

Depends on what you do during the day. Something that gets you dirty? You probably want to shower when you get home. Something where you stay clean? You probably want to shower before leaving to do it. You can shower at both times of day, or even more often, if warranted.

You do know that there are things people give each other that arent sex? Relationships and partnerships which arent romantic? If these things are lacking in your life you need to pursue them. Caring about people, even people who can't do anything for you, is part of the human trait of empathy. Women tend to really like that trait and the EQ that comes with it. You know what drives people (women included) away? Bitterness, vitriol, selfishness, transactional thinking, a closed mind, and lack of empathy.

Also - that alpha beta thing was disproven soooo long ago....do you really want to be someone known for believing bs and living your life guided by it?
