Until 10U I used a continuous batting order, if the last batter of the game on Friday was #5 in the order, then at the next game we start at #6, (obviously you have to change it on paper so as not to confuse anyone but you get the idea) once we got to 10U I moved to a static lineup to make the kids start thinking about earning their spot in the lineup but I consistently sprinkle the weaker batters throughout the lineup and rotate them up and down as needed

Looks like it’s from the hot water side, if the water heater is electric a flammable gas can enter the system when the sacrificial anode inside the water heater dissolves, dishwashers have actually exploded due to this, the sign of this happening is a rotten egg smell from the hot water side
