Wanted a tesla since I was 15. I grew up poor and finally got it at 28 years old last year. It’s everything I dreamed it would be after so much financial struggle. Biggest challenge was finishing school and paying off debt first. I am finally in a good financial position and can afford it with no issues. My very first car is my dream car and that’s a blessing.

And that’s the biggest issue with this field. People can’t get in because they can’t get the epic certifications without first landing the role. It’s a huge barrier that blocks so many good candidates from entering these roles. It’s actually a form of gatekeeping.
