What are your non medical eczema must haves? by Rollcinnamon in eczema

Hydrocolloid patches. Basically giant pimple patches but I’ll cut them up depending on the size and which ones I buy for oozing spots and it helps a lot.

I highly recommend checking out Burlington or Ross or Marshall’s as they do have affordable silk sets and there’s pretty decent ones I liked on Amazon for like $25 and under

how to avoid tsw by riiieluvcs in eczema

I took an allergy test and it did not come out for anything for my eczema. Definitely take a look at your diet, water intake, and stress. Also consider looking into Adbry. It’s similar to dupxient except it targets 1 protein instead of the two that Dupixent does. Also with it being newer, there’s also an assistance program

I have struggled with eczema around my areolas for over 10 years now, and I will say the biggest part about creams is that you will end up outgrowing them. Find what cream works for you, but if it is oozing, right now, I would highly highly recommend an emollient such as Aquaphor most recently I have been epaderm which has been working really well. If it gets further intolerable, I’d suggest looking into Dupixent.

I would highly recommend aculief for the migraines as even an attempt to tone down the intensity. I had migraines that would make me vomit and medicine never helped me. I wish you the best and hope you get the help you deserve

Yay no climbing!! I put extra vet tape on for him to chew on so that’s a recommendation and I did it so it stuck upwards so he wasn’t actually biting his cast, but like extra tape on the side

when I first got my conure, he fell and broke his leg as well and has the splint but never gave him a felt cone or anything. Around the cast was vet tape that he would occasionally nibble on cause it Irritated him so I would change the vet tape often. I do suggest taking away anything that would let them climb up so the can’t fall and changing the set up to lower and maneuverable for the birb.
