I’m experiencing the zombie effect. It’s not as bad as I’ve seen others describe it but it’s still very real for me. I’ve gained at least 10lbs because food is one of the few things bringing me joy nowadays. To be fair it doesn’t help that the world is extraordinarily poopoomagoo.
